Please kindly follow the steps to do an online purchasing.

1. Check with us whether we have the stock ready or not, you can check it with us trough our email [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], go to our facebook or directly call our customer service at 017-6543210

2. If we don't have the stock, we will notify you when we have the stock ready, if yes, proceed to number 3

3. Go to any nearest Western Union branch and talk to the agent in charge. Ask for a send money form.

4. Fill up the Money Transfer form with this details,

5. The agent will give you a receipt together with the tracking number. You can
locate the tracking number at the upper right corner of the receipt.

Tracking Number :
Product :

7. Once we receive and verified your payment, kindly give us time to process your orders. We will notify you by email or phone call once the process is completed

8. After receiving the confirmation email from us, please kindly wait for the products, this will take around 10 to 15 working days [ for Malaysia area ]

Please note that your order may be delayed due to the following reasons.
-If payment is not approved
-If you ordered multiple items and there is a delay on one of them, we may schedule multiple deliveries so you can enjoy a part of your purchase earlier
-Delivery to remote areas is subject to our logistic partner's distribution network and delivery scheduling
-If you are not available at the time of attempted delivery. Should this happen, we will reschedule the delivery.

Standard Delivery
-Delivery at any time between 9.00am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays, per Dell's standard terms and conditions.
-Delivery appointment will be confirmed one or more days before the scheduled delivery time, and will be arranged after the system leaves the factory.
-Delivery timeslots are subject to our logistics partner's delivery scheduling. ---Delivery appointments will be arranged in 3-hour blocks (eg., 9am-12pm, 2pm-5pm, etc).
